Adarsh Nagar is situated beyond the western walls of the Pink City. The place is an important commercial centre in the city of Jaipur. The centre of the area is planned and has been designed in the shape of concentric circles. A perfect ring road interspersed with four traversing roads connects the centre of the region with the rest of Jaipur

Moti Dongri Palace and Fort is the prime attraction of the region.Situated towards the south end of Adarsh Nagar the palace is a popular tourist stop. The fort is a hilltop fort built like a castle. The fort used to be favorite partying place for elites during the time of Sawai Man Singh II. The Ganesh Temple at the foot of the hill are notable for their excellence in marble works.

Adarsh Nagar also houses Gita Mandir which lies on the periphery of the ring road. Some other attractions include Dolls Museum and Shahid Bhagat Singh Park. The Dolls Museum in the vicinity of Adarsh Nagar contains great collection of dolls brought from all over the world. Shahid Bhagat Singh Park is a beautiful park towards the centre of Adarsh Nagar.
